MILTON — Board of Appeals continues farmers porch hearing pending neighbor notice. Applicants Mike Mole and Holly St. Peter, represented by attorney Marion McEttrick, are seeking a special permit for a five-by-24-foot farmers porch at 22 Parkway Crescent that would violate the Residence C district's 20-foot front-yard setback requirement by setting the structure at 14.6 feet from the lot line.
Zoning Administrator Virginia M. Donahue King continued the hearing to May 19, 2026 at 4:00 PM after determining that Yale Investments, the owner of the neighboring property at 26 Parkway Crescent, had not been adequately notified despite letters of support from renters at that address and residents at 16 Parkway Crescent.
