Board approves Icehouse 40B housing reclassification

Milton Board of Assessors votes unanimously to approve Icehouse 40B housing reclassification. Under Chair Brian M. Cronin's leadership, the board designated units 26 and 38 at the Icehouse complex as market-value property and units 40 and 48 as affordable housing under Chapter 40B.
The board also reviewed 11 property tax abatement requests in executive session, granting six abatements and denying five.
