Milton Board of Appeals approves special permit for Robinson deck. The board unanimously granted relief to allow an eight-foot by 31-foot rear deck at 27 Brook Hill Road, despite violations of the town's 30-foot rear and 10-foot side setback requirements in the Residence C district. Board members Kathleen O'Donnell, Jeffrey Mullan, and Theodore Daiber found that the existing structure already intruded on setbacks and that the proposed design offered greater safety.
The Conservation Commission had approved the plan with conditions.
