Board continues Rosinson deck appeal pending conservation review
Board of Appeals · Meeting of April 16, 2026
MILTON — Board continues Rosinson deck appeal pending conservation input. The Board of Appeals voted unanimously on April 16 to postpone the hearing on a proposed deck addition at 27 Brook Hill Road, with Chair Kathleen O'Donnell, member Jeffrey Mullan, and member Theodore Daiber deferring to the Conservation Commission for additional review. Homeowners Jill and Kevin Rosinson, represented by attorney Marion McEttrick, argued the redesigned deck would move stairs away from an adjacent property line and improve neighborhood sight lines.
An abutting property owner expressed opposition over concerns about the expansion.
