Milton Board of Appeals unanimously approves archival hearing and meeting minutes from 2023 through 2026. Chair Kathleen O'Donnell reported that Town Counsel advised the board to formally approve and post all minutes dating to 2023 in response to a public records request from Patrick Higgins. Member Christopher R.
Hart cited Robert's Rules of Order Section 41, noting the board can approve past minutes even if original participants are absent. Member Francis C. O'Brien concurred.
The board voted unanimously to approve the archival minutes and waive their formal reading.
