MILTON — Board of Appeals approves home addition variance for 145 Audubon Road. Virginia Donahue-King, acting chair, granted Christopher Shannon and Kelly Larsen relief to expand their second floor and create a half-story addition, despite the property's prior variance and resulting nonconformity. All six neighbors contacted submitted letters of support; no opposition was filed.
The Zoning Administrator determined the expansion met the de minimis standard warranting special permit approval.
