Board of Appeals approves special permit for Smith Road addition

Milton Board of Appeals unanimously approves special permit for Smith Road home expansion. The three-person panel, chaired by Kathleen O'Donnell, Esq., voted 3-0 to grant relief for Stephon Gillings' single-family home renovation at 109 Smith Road. The project includes a 9-by-20-foot left-side second-story addition and an 18-by-32-foot two-story addition; revised plans with reduced dimensions now comply with zoning setback requirements.
The Board received two letters of support and one in opposition.
