MILTON — Board of Appeals continues hearing on Smith Road residential addition. Applicant Stephon Gillings of 109 Smith Road is seeking to add two additions and a new roof to his single-family home, a project previously denied by the Building Department. Virginia M.
Donahue King, Esq., presiding, received two letters of support from neighbors Carmen Pimentel and Glenn Pavlicek conditioned on zoning compliance, and one letter of opposition from Joanne Fisher citing concerns about potential multi-family conversion. Gillings denied any intent to create a multi-family unit. The hearing was continued to February 12, 2026, with a three-person panel to be formed for further review.
