Board of Appeals · Meeting of March 16, 2026
MILTON — The Board of Appeals granted special permit relief for an 11.5-by-12.2-foot rear deck at 124 Wood Street after the Building Department denied a permit request for the structure, which was built during construction of a previously approved addition. Applicant Meghan O'Hara, represented by Attorney Ned Corcoran, appealed the denial. Seven neighbors submitted letters of support; no opposition appeared, and no members of the public commented at the hearing.
Virginia Donahue-King, acting as chair, granted the relief.
