Community Preservation Committee approves January minutes, plots spring outreach.

Community Preservation Committee · Meeting of March 2, 2026

MILTON — The Community Preservation Committee approved its January minutes and advanced plans for spring outreach ahead of a May 29 application deadline. Chair Tom Callahan and Co-Chair Jenny Russell will lead efforts to refine the two-stage application process, update the committee website, and contact past applicants and recipients. Kathleen O'Donnell proposed amendments to warrant articles that Callahan agreed to submit with the CPC's annual report.

The committee also directed Callahan to work with town staff to post a new administrator position and to correct misleading information in recent School Committee minutes about CPA funding requirements for recreation facility projects.
