MILTON — Fire Station Building Committee unanimously approves Atherton design and East Station amendments. Chair Brian M. Walsh and the committee approved a $151,000 Vertex amendment for Atherton design services moving the project toward bid, along with conditional approval of a Context amendment pending further cost breakdown.
The committee also unanimously approved a $53,500 Context amendment for East Station construction administration extension and approved $18,304.68 in change orders. In procedural action, the committee approved remote meeting options and Chair authority for urgent change order approvals, with committee member Philippe Genereux abstaining on the latter measure.
