The committee voted unanimously to move the project's funding request from Fall Town Meeting to an early 2027 special town meeting, allowing time for design completion and refined cost estimates. Committee member Mark E Boyle moved approval of a $46,379.81 purchase order from LW Bills for alerting and monitoring services; the vote was unanimous.
