Milton's Trustees of the Governor Stoughton Trust entered executive session to discuss the purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real property at the Town Farm. Chair Benjamin D. Zoll moved to convene behind closed doors, citing potential harm to the Trustees' negotiating position; Vice Chair Winston A.
Daley seconded. The board voted 4-0-1 to proceed in executive session, with Richard G. Wells, Jr. abstaining.
The meeting adjourned at 9:27 PM without returning to open session.
