Executive Director Earl Fay documented repeated safety situations and the board approved a letter to Jeffrey Baxter, EOHLC's Director of Northeast RCAT, directing that the letter be maintained in the project file. The board also voted unanimously to adopt a Travel Policy, to approve a $3,386.75 change order for renovation work at 65 Miller Avenue Unit B-1, and to approve Warrant No. 6-2026.
