MILTON — Board of Assessors approves split outcomes on abatements and elects new leadership. The Board of Assessors processed exemption applications for seniors, veterans, and other eligible taxpayers, approved one abatement application, denied one, and allowed four applicants until May 2, 2026, to provide additional information requested by Chief Appraiser Charlie O'Shea during its quarterly review. The board also elected Robert Reetz as the new Chairman of the Board of Assessors.
