Milton Housing Authority achieves High Performer status after exiting Troubled classification. The authority scored 100 percent on all 15 SEMAP indicators and moved out of Shortfall designation, Executive Director Earl Fay reported, though a possible $50,000 Mainstream Vouchers shortfall may require clarification at a June 4 HUD meeting. The board unanimously approved Warrant No. 4-2026 totaling $389,751.77 and adopted a Reasonable Accommodation and Modification Policy.
The authority is pursuing $600,000 from the Affordable Housing Trust and $200,000 from the Community Preservation Act for building envelope replacement projects.
