Milton Housing Authority approves warrant and revises tenant policies. The board unanimously approved Warrant No. 2-2026 totaling $366,681.73 and adopted a revised Pet Policy, with Chair Robert Powers Jr. and Executive Director Earl Fay overseeing unanimous votes. The authority has applied for an Advancing Massachusetts Power grant to fund 75 percent of a $577,297 microgrid and battery backup system, with the remaining 25 percent coming from a Federal Investment Tax Credit.
Capital projects advancing include envelope work estimated at approximately $400,000 per building at 65 Miller Avenue and a resiliency center at similar cost.
