Milton Housing Authority · Meeting of March 3, 2026
Milton Housing Authority backs $382,703 warrant while restructuring policies. The board voted unanimously Tuesday to approve the warrant, which included $11,878 for annual software licensing and a prepaid payment to AAA Exterminators. Executive Director Earl Fay discussed the authority's obligation to fund escrow accounts for remaining Family Self-Sufficiency participants, noting HUD provides the funds for Milton to deposit.
The board unanimously adopted a CORI Policy and Policy Review Policy while revoking the Blocked Egress, Clutter, and Air Conditioner policies. Fay reported one new delinquent tenant hospitalized and a major revitalization project for 65 Miller Avenue expected to exceed $1.5 million and require multiple funding sources.
