Hackett, Jr. as Secretary at its July 27 meeting. Members agreed to draft and distribute notices informing residents about Massport's temporary August 31 Runway 27 closure and procedures for filing noise complaints. The committee also discussed Massport's air quality monitoring initiatives and agreed Milton should participate in the program.
