The board voted 4-1 to move the May town meeting to Wednesday, May 6 at Milton High School to accommodate Town Moderator Elizabeth Dillon's travel. Town Administrator Nicholas Milano presented a balanced $151.4 million fiscal 2027 budget, up 1.01 percent, with schools receiving $75.3 million and health insurance costs rising 9.21 percent to $18.7 million. The board unanimously approved $500,000 in Free Cash for school reserves and $1 million for the Operating Budget Stabilization Fund.
