MILTON — Planning Board commits $23,498 to three major studies. The Milton Planning Board unanimously approved $750 for a Metropolitan Area Planning Council memo analyzing inclusionary zoning options, $15,415 to complete the Open Space and Recreation Plan with environmental justice outreach and an ADA evaluation, and $7,333 to update the Housing Production Plan with Affordable Housing Trust participation. The board spent extensive time refining the Sign Bylaw Zoning Amendment with town counsel and the Sign Review Committee Chair, addressing billboard definitions, illumination standards, and sign dimensional relief, though no vote on the amended bylaw was recorded.
