Milton Planning Board advances revised Sign Bylaw zoning amendment for Select Board review by March 9. Members met with Planning Counsel Carolyn Murray and the Sign Review Committee Chair to clarify LED price signage prohibitions at fuel stations, refine roof-line definitions, and limit principal flat wall signs to three per building. The board unanimously authorized Director of Planning and Community Development Liz Manning to submit a letter of support to the Metropolitan Area Planning Commission for the Boston to Blue Hills Project, a multi-town walking and biking corridor on the Blue Hills Parkway with feasibility studies underway and potential state funding from the Governor's proposed $200 million parkway investment.
