MILTON — Planning Board unanimously approves Site Plan Review Rules and Regulations, moving forward with revised permitting framework. Director Liz Manning and town counsel Carolyn Murray of KP Law worked on the revisions; discussion focused on tree survey requirements for adjacent properties, with the board settling that graphic representation would satisfy the regulation.
