Milton School Building Committee approves owner's project manager services request. Chair Sean P. O'Rourke advanced the Request for Services for an Owner's Project Manager as part of the Massachusetts School Building Authority Module 2 process.
The committee voted unanimously to approve the RFS pending final edits by MSBA and Town staff. Glen P. Hoffman, Scott Tereshak, and Timothy B.
Lombard were appointed to a Selection Committee to review proposals and short-list firms for full-committee interviews and selection. Next meeting: March 23, 2026.
