Milton School Building Committee selects PMA Consultants as its owner's project manager. Following interviews with three firms, the committee unanimously ranked them in order: PMA at 94 points, Vertex at 89.6 points, and LeftField at 87 points, with Town Administrator Nicholas Milano providing the scoring. The motion, made by Mark Loring and seconded by Scott Tereshak, authorized Chair Sean P.
O'Rourke to commence fee negotiations with PMA. All three firms presented their approaches to project management, cost control, and community engagement during the interview process.
