Select Board elects Daley chair; welcomes new members; previews town meeting

Milton Select Board holds organizational meeting, elects new leadership. Chair Winston Daley, Vice Chair Meghan Haggerty, and Secretary Peter Obersheimer were elected in votes recorded in the minutes. The board welcomed two newly sworn members, Megan Nolan and Peter Obersheimer, and received notice that the Planning Board has submitted a zoning amendment for Article 42 of the upcoming Annual Town Meeting warrant, extending the Building Commissioner's sign permit review period from seven days to thirty days.
The board will begin the appointment process for thirteen town boards and committees at its next meeting.
