MILTON — The Milton Select Board held a brief executive session April 24 to discuss collective bargaining strategy for Milton Firefighters, Local 1116. Chair Benjamin D. Zoll moved to enter the closed session, citing potential harm to the town's bargaining position if discussed publicly; Secretary Meghan E.
Haggerty seconded the motion. The Board voted unanimously 4-0 to proceed and did not return to open session. Members John E.
Driscoll, Jr. and Richard G. Wells, Jr. were absent.
