Daley, Secretary Meghan E. Haggerty, and Member Richard G. Wells voted 4-0 on a motion by Wells to put the one-year vacancy on the Annual Town Election ballot following an incumbent's resignation.
Town Administrator Nicholas Milano was directed to deliver the vote to Town Clerk Susan M. Galvin the same day.
