MILTON — Stoughton Trustees defer real property discussion, pause Town Farm RFP revision. Chair Benjamin D. Zoll reported that Town Administrator Nicholas Milano provided updates on two affordable housing initiatives, including a 40B project at 648-652 Canton Avenue that applied to the South Shore HOME Consortium for one million dollars to fund 74 affordable units across two phases.
If approved and funded, Milton would meet its 10 percent Chapter 40B obligation and achieve safe harbor status. The Trustees voted to revisit the Town Farm proposal after the Affordable Housing Trust discusses the matter. The board unanimously approved prior meeting minutes from December 16, 2025, and voted 4-0-1 to approve minutes from December 9, 2025, January 13, 2026, and January 27, 2026, with Richard G.
Wells, Jr. abstaining on all motions.
