Milton Affordable Housing Trust approves its 2025 annual report and reports on housing projects. Chair Julie Creamer reported on Truslow Residences at 936 Brush Hill Road, the first Chapter 40B rental project to begin leasing in town, with five affordable units comparable to market-rate units. The Trust deferred discussions of the Housing Production Plan and MBTA Communities Act requirements to future meetings pending expert input.
The Milton Housing Authority will seek Trust funding for capital improvements to existing units, with MHA executive director Earl Fay presenting the request at the May 13 meeting.
