MILTON — Trustees of the Governor Stoughton Trust convened briefly and immediately entered executive session. Chair Benjamin D. Zoll moved to close the meeting to discuss the purchase, exchange, lease, or value of the Town Farm property, citing potential harm to the Trustees' negotiating position.
Vice Chair Winston A. Daley seconded the motion. The Trustees voted unanimously 4-0 by roll call to enter executive session and did not return to open session.
Meeting minutes from December 9 and December 16, 2025 were deferred.
