MILTON — Warrant Committee defers recommendations on Atherton Fire Station and historic buildings article. Nicole Boyson Rukstalis explained the Special Purpose Debt Stabilization Fund, capped at $50 million, which would defer a new override until 2029 by rolling the fire station into a previously approved override; members requested clearer justification for the building's size and vehicle deployment strategy before voting.
