Milton Board of Health approves two private stable permits. The board unanimously approved permit expansions for Kate and Michael Sutphin at 590 Harland Street, increasing their horse limit from seven to ten and adding four goats on 11 acres, and approved a new permit for Eamon Clarke at 1201 Canton Avenue allowing two horses, two ponies, six cattle, and nine goats on 5.25 acres. Health Director Caroline Kinsella noted Clarke submitted comprehensive plans.

The board also unanimously awarded the Milton Art Center an opioid abatement grant of up to $20,000 after scoring 100 out of 100 points.
