Warrant Committee approves revised Article 35 on property tax exemptions

MILTON — The Warrant Committee voted to recommend approval of a revised Article 35 on property tax exemptions after discovering the article's opening section had been adopted at a previous Town Meeting. Chair James H. "Jay" Fundling presented the Green Sheet version with the first paragraph eliminated, which had been approved by the Select Board.
Lawrence Johnson moved the recommendation, seconded by Nicholas Tangney; the Committee voted nine in favor with Fundling abstaining. The Committee then adjourned to the Annual Town Meeting.
